Renovations at Shand House Museum Affect upcoming Special Event, Wheelchair Access

Due to renovation work that has recently begun at Shand House Museum, the Mother/Daughter Tea scheduled for Sunday, July 19 has been canceled, though it may be rescheduled after the crew has finished. We anticipate the work will take several weeks. The museum will remain open during the renovations, though the building will not be wheelchair accessible during this period. Events scheduled for later in the season should still go on as planned. Please contact the Shand House Museum at 798-8213 if you have questions. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Haliburton and Shand House Museums are part of the family of Nova Scotia Museums.
