If one thing is clear from the third annual Santa Parade of Lights in Windsor, it’s that pretty well anything can be decorated for Christmas.

Several spectators braved the cold weather to watch the parade loop through downtown Windsor recently.

In addition to the traditional favourites — greetings from local politicians, Shriners and Apple Blossom debutants — the parade featured some illuminated heavy equipment, snowmobiles, tractors and, the ultimate crowd pleaser, Santa Claus and his sleigh perched atop a truck on loan from the Windsor Fire Department.

The festivities wrapped with a tree lighting ceremony at Victoria Park.
