Crash claims Hants County man

RCMP Traffic Services is investigating a single vehicle fatal crash that occurred Sunday on the 202 Highway, South Rawdon Road, Hillsvale, Hants County.

A passenger car traveling northbound on the 202 Highway left the road and struck a culvert and several trees. The lone 48-year-old male driver from Stanley, Hants County, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the crash.

Police are continuing their investigation.
