Windsor District RCMP is investigating a break, enter and theft into a residence in Lakelands Hants County, where items were stolen. This break

is believed to have occurred sometime between Friday, Feb. 20 at 9 a.m. and Saturday, Feb. 21 at 1:30 p.m.

Some of the items stolen were a Cybershot digital camera, Acer laptop computer, Cannon 3-in-1 printer/scanner/fax machine and a Sony Playstation II game system with games.

Sometime between Wednesday, Feb. 18 and Saturday, Feb. 21, unknown person(s) broke into a garage at Lot 124, Chalet Hamlet, Vaughan, Hants County and made off with a generator, an ATV, a chainsaw and tools.

On Sunday, Feb. 22, between 11 p.m. and 11:41 p.m., unknown person(s) broke into a vehicle parked Hatfield Lane, Garlands Crossing, Hants County and made off with a small quantity of money.

Between Sunday, Feb. 15 and Sunday, Feb. 22, Windsor Town RCMP were busy and responded to 38 calls.

Among these calls, one call was regarding dangerous driving and there were two calls concerning disturbing the peace.

Other incidents ranged from two calls of uttering threats, one call of mischief to property under $5,000, three calls of assault, five calls of assistance to the general public, one call concerning a break and enter into a residence, one call under the Family Relations Act, three calls for Assistance to other agencies, three calls of theft under $5,000, one call of arson, one call

under the Mental Health Act, one call of fraud, one call of harassing telephone calls and two calls for false 911 calls.

Windsor Town RCMP are also investigating these offences. Anyone with information on those person(s) responsible are asked to contact Windsor Town RCMP at 798-8366 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477(TIPS) or submit a secure Web Tip at http://crimestoppers.ns.ca. Also by a TEXT *TIP202 plus your message to CRIMES (274637).

If your tip leads to an arrest you could qualify for a cash award between $50 and $2,000. Remember, Crime Stoppers wants your information not your name.
