Breaking News: High-speed chase follows Pharmasave break-in

Windsor RCMP has cordoned off a portion of Gerrish Street in Windsor this morning after an apparent break-in at the Windsor PharmaSave.

Police are at the scene of Windsor PharmaSave in Windsor this morning after an apparent break-in at the store earlier this morning. The store is currently closed to the public and several RCMP vehicles are positioned outside the Gerrish St. location.

According to eye-witness accounts police are now involved in a high-speed chase of with possible suspects. It is unclear at this point the number of individuals involved.

The Hants Journal will update this story as more details become available.

One member of the public was present at the time of the incident and described it as, “very scary”.
