Tendered work is being completed on 101 near Windsor.
“I am very pleased to see work on Highway 101 between exit 5 and 5A as well as the Wentworth Road underpass being completed,” said Hants West MLA Chuck Porter. “I will continue to correspond with Transportation Minister Bill Estabrooks regarding the next phase of making Highway 101 in the Windsor area safer for everyone.
“With the number of commuters travelling from the Valley to the metro area daily, it is crucial that the stretch of highway between Falmouth and Three Mile Plains be made a priority,” added Porter.
“I am working hard to ensure that investments are continually being made in Hants West. These projects go hand in hand with work completed on the 101, including the newly twinned section between St. Croix and three Mile Plains.”
