The following are the Top 10 results for Windsor swimmers from the summer swim provincials that were held Aug. 20-22 in Bedford.
Windsor finished 6th overall, out of 16 teams, in the team standings with a total of 1,197.5 points for top placings.
•Ben Henger (11-12 boys) - 1st in 50 fly; 2nd in 50 back; 2nd in 100 IM; 3rd in 50 free; 3rd in 100 free;
•Patrick Henger (13-14 boys) - 1st in 50 fly; 1st in 100 free; 2nd in 100 IM; 2nd in 200 free; 2nd in 50 breast
•Connor Adams (13-14 boys) - 1st in 50 back; 1st in 200 free; 3rd in 100 free; 3rd in 100 IM; 5th in 50 breast
•Robert Williamson (8 & under boys) - 2nd in 25 fly; 2nd in 25 breast; 3rd in 25 free; T4th in 25 back
•Andrew Kenny (15-16 boys) - 3rd in 100 breast; 10th in 200 free
•Natasha Williamson (13-14 girls) - 3rd in 50 breast; 10th in 50 fly; 10th in 100 IM
•Rianna Robinson (13-14 girls) - 2nd in 100 free; 3rd in 50 fly; 4th in 200 free; 4th in 100 IM; 5th in 50 back
•Patrick MacMillan (13-14 boys) – 9th in 200 free; 8th in 50 breast; 9th in 100 IM; 10th in 100 free
•Jillian MacMillan (17-18 girls) - 5th in 100 free; 6th in 100 back; 7th in 50 fly; 8th in 100 IM; 9th in 200 free;
•Alec Kenny (17-18 boys) - 6th in 100 free; 6th in 200 free; 7th in 100 breast; 8th in 50 fly; 8th in 100 IM
•Abigail Hughes (15-16 girls) - 5th in 50 fly; 5th in 100 back; 6th in 100 free; 10th in 100 IM
•Aaron Henshaw (15-16 boys) - 8th in 100 breast
•Meredith Chambers (9-10 girls) - 8th in 25 breast
•Ethan Pineo (8 and under boys) - 8th in 25 breast
•1st in 13-14 boys’ 200 medley relay – Connor Adams, Patrick MacMillan, Patrick Henger, Ben Henger
•1st in 13-14 boys’ 200 freestyle relay – Ben Henger, Patrick MacMillan, Connor Adams, Patrick Henger
•3rd in 13-14 girls’ 200 medley relay – Sam Lake, Natasha Williamson, Rianna Robinson, Amy Lord.
The Windsor Bluefins was also named the small team provincial champs (high point small team award )for the second year in a row.
As well, several swimmers were selected for the Nova Scotia all-star team, they were:
