Wrestlers excite, entertain at Windsor match

It’s back to the basics at the community centre in Windsor after one crazy night.

Two television stars from Hulk Hogan’s Micro Championship Wrestling climbed into a ring at the Hants County War Memorial Community Centre on May 24, and showed more than 100 spectators they are not to be underestimated.

The evil Starla “The Dominatrix” travelled from Mason City, Iowa, to face the popular Trixie Dynamite, a pint-sized powerhouse from Washington, DC. Trixie’s alluring spunk won her the crowd — and the match.

Eastern Canada’s MainStream Wrestling Entertainment’s 10th annual spring tour brought the wrestling stars to Windsor as part of an evening of showdowns that also saw the seven-foot-tall, 320-pound, undisputed champ Giant Grimez taking on the plump Sidewalk Sam for the main event.

Organizations: Giant Grimez

I love the wrestling cards at the War Memorial. The small setting allows for alot of interaction between the wrestlers and the fans and it is always a good time. my only wish it was more than once or so a year.
